ChallengEmotes - Season 1
It's time for the all-new adventures of ChallengEmotes to begin!
The challenge: create an emote for each of the themes in a given set of themes. Each theme is specifically designed to be open-ended, so you're free to interpret it in any way you like.
The emote can be in any format you like: chat friendly, visual purpose...you name it!
A few house rules before we begin:
Your piece must relate to the theme in some way. If there's no clear link just from looking at it, you might wanna rethink your piece.

ChallengEmotes hasn't seen very many submissions recently - understandable, because the community's not exactly in the best state. ~umplz (https://www.deviantart.com/umplz)
However, this year's NaNoEmo (https://www.deviantart.com/nanoemo) has had a lot of success, so I thought the time was right to re-think ChallengEmotes and make something that is more suitable for the current situation.
Instead of having a new themed challenge every month, I'll publish a set of themes that you can work through at your own pace.
As well as creating emotes for each theme, the other challenge would be to complete a theme set before starting on the next. And, of course, completing each theme set would award you with a be
Challenge XI - Vacation
Summer is in full swing, and everyone's feeling the vibes - or something like that. Furthermore, everyone's off on their hols! Choose your ideal destination - or somewhere you'd really rather not go - whether it's the beaches of San Francisco, the bustle of Tokyo or the snow-capped mountains of the Alps!
...ah, but vacation doesn't necessarily mean a holiday, does it? :eyes: As ever, I've left it open-ended. Do holidays if you want, or do something else related to the word "vacation" - it's entirely up to you!

Many of today's tech innovations are centred around the home, with self-driving cars, robot vacuum cleaners and fridges that connect to Wi-Fi for some reason. Thus, our challenge for July is Home of the Future.
What could be created in the near (or far) future that would enhance domestic life? What could be made more efficient...and what could we do away with completely? Most importantly, how do you market it to the discerning emoticon? :lol:
